This Privacy Policy explains how AutoLine processes information when you use the AutoLine mobile application and the website https://autoline.ltd.
AutoLine is an application designed to help users organize vehicle maintenance, service history, reminders, and service center information.
By using AutoLine, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information you provide
AutoLine allows you to create, enter, edit, and manage information related to your vehicles. This information is provided by you voluntarily.
- vehicle information: make, model, year, mileage, and other details;
- maintenance and repair records;
- maintenance tasks and reminders;
- service station information: names, addresses, phone numbers, notes, and related service history;
- images or photographs related to a vehicle, if you choose to add them;
- user notes and other information you choose to add;
2. Local storage
AutoLine stores user-created data on the user’s device to provide the core functionality of the application.
Local data may include vehicles, mileage, maintenance tasks, service history, service stations, reminders, notes, application settings, and related user information.
3. Data Synchronization
iPhone and iPad
AutoLine uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit to synchronize user data between the user’s Apple devices.
If iCloud sync is enabled, AutoLine data may be stored in the user’s personal iCloud account and synchronized through Apple CloudKit infrastructure.
Synchronized data may include vehicle records, mileage, maintenance tasks, service history, service station records, reminders, notes, application settings, and other AutoLine data created by the user.
AutoLine does not control Apple iCloud or CloudKit infrastructure. Data in iCloud is also governed by Apple’s privacy policies, security measures, and terms.
The user can manage iCloud availability and the application’s access to iCloud through Apple device settings.
Android
On Android, AutoLine data may be stored locally on the device and synchronized through AutoLine's server infrastructure.
When synchronization is used, data created by the user in AutoLine may be transmitted to AutoLine's server infrastructure and synchronized between the user's supported devices.
Synchronized data may include vehicle information, mileage, maintenance tasks, service history, service center records, reminders, notes, application settings, and other AutoLine data created by the user.
Synchronization may require an internet connection and the use of the relevant AutoLine features.
4. Diagnostics
AutoLine may use Firebase Crashlytics to detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical issues.
Crash reports may include technical information such as device model, OS version, application version, crash logs, diagnostic identifiers, and other technical data related to application stability.
Firebase Crashlytics is provided by Google Firebase. This service may process diagnostic data in accordance with applicable Google privacy and data processing terms.
5. Information we do not collect
AutoLine intentionally does not collect:
- payment card data;
- government document numbers;
- driver’s license data;
- biometric data;
- precise GPS coordinates;
- contacts from the address book;
- advertising identifiers for advertising purposes.
AutoLine does not display third-party advertising and does not sell user data.
6. Photos and media
AutoLine may allow users to add images or photographs related to a vehicle if this feature is available.
Photos and images are added by the user voluntarily. AutoLine does not access the user’s photo library unless the user explicitly selects an image through the application.
7. How we use information
- to provide the core functionality of the application;
- to store vehicle data created by the user;
- to synchronize data through Apple iCloud and CloudKit;
- to maintain service history, reminders, and service station records;
- to synchronize data through AutoLine infrastructure on supported platforms;
- to improve application stability and reliability;
- to diagnose crashes and technical issues;
- to respond to support requests;
- to maintain and protect AutoLine infrastructure.
8. Data sharing
AutoLine does not sell, rent, or trade user data.
We may transfer or process data only in limited cases:
- through Apple iCloud and CloudKit when data is synchronized through the user’s Apple account;
- through AutoLine infrastructure where necessary to provide synchronization and related services;
- through Google Firebase if Firebase Crashlytics is used for diagnostics;
- through hosting and infrastructure providers necessary to operate AutoLine services;
- if required by law, regulation, legal process, or a mandatory government request.
We do not transfer user data to advertisers or data brokers.
9. Data storage and security
AutoLine data may be stored locally on the user's device.
On iPhone and iPad, data may be stored and synchronized in the user's Apple iCloud account through CloudKit.
On Android, data may be stored locally on the device and synchronized through AutoLine infrastructure when the relevant synchronization features are used.
Diagnostic data may be processed by Firebase Crashlytics if crash reporting is enabled.
We apply reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no method of electronic storage, transmission, or synchronization can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their Apple ID, iCloud account, device password, AutoLine credentials where applicable, and access to their device.
10. Data retention
User-created data remains available in the application until the user deletes it, deletes the application, disables the relevant storage or synchronization settings, or deletes their AutoLine account where applicable.
Data stored in iCloud is managed through the user’s Apple ID and iCloud settings.
Data associated with an AutoLine account and stored on AutoLine infrastructure is deleted when the corresponding AutoLine account is deleted.
Diagnostic data processed through Firebase Crashlytics may be retained according to Google Firebase data retention policies.
11. Data deletion
The user can delete vehicles, service records, service stations, tasks, reminders, and other information directly in the application if such features are available.
Users may also delete their AutoLine account directly within the application. When an AutoLine account is deleted, the user's account and associated server-side data are deleted from AutoLine infrastructure.
After account deletion, the user is signed out of the account in the application and can no longer continue using the deleted account. To continue using AutoLine, the user will need to create a new account or use the application in an available mode if such a mode is provided.
Deleting an AutoLine account does not manage data that may be stored separately in the user’s Apple iCloud account. Data stored or synchronized through iCloud and CloudKit may be governed by Apple ID settings, iCloud settings, and Apple policies. The user may need to manage such data separately through Apple device settings or Apple account settings.
Deleting the application from a device may not automatically delete data stored in iCloud. Users may need to manage such data separately through their Apple device or Apple account settings.

We may require request confirmation before deleting data to prevent unauthorized access or unauthorized deletion.
12. Children’s privacy
AutoLine is not intended for children under 13 years of age or the minimum age established by applicable law in the user’s jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through AutoLine, contact us at: support@autoline.ltd.
13. International data processing
AutoLine may process data in countries other than the user’s country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of the user’s jurisdiction.
Where required, we take reasonable measures to protect user data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
14. User rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, object to certain types of processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and receive information about how data is used.

15. No advertising or sale of data
AutoLine does not sell personal data.
AutoLine does not use user-created vehicle, maintenance, or service station data for advertising targeting.
AutoLine does not transfer user data to data brokers.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy.
The updated Privacy Policy will be available at https://autoline.ltd/privacy and directly within the AutoLine application.
